People are naturally afraid of the unknown. That is, because the stigma of the unknown, happens because the brain has an enormous filing of past experiences. However, it does not have a file associated with unfamiliar situations.

When you’re encountering the unknown, it’s your brain making sense of the new experiences and the consequences associated with it.

Think about the last time you leaped into a risky situation. Perhaps you made the choice to move homes, towns or even countries. Or maybe you made the decision to leave your place of employment. You were probably anxious about it. But think, how do you feel now? Most likely fairly grateful you took that chance of a lifetime right?

As you learn more about the unknown and combine that with business opportunities, those nervous feelings might be coming back to you. Your thinking will begin to tick over. Your brain will start replaying all the possibilities of what could go wrong instead of focusing on what can go right.
