As a business partner in the Village Emporium Cafe, Trish saw an opportunity for a dynamic new approach on the Central Coast. Combining the growing cafe scene with a contemporary retail store that offered gourmet food for everyday living.

She has experienced significant growth since our opening in 2012 and have now become one of the leading cafe’s on the Central Coast. She achieved this through sound business management and always considering her customers needs.

As the Point of Purchase Consultant Trish was accountable for key account strategy, planning, development and execution of customer-specific shopper marketing programs that achieve brand business objectives within the grocery environment.

She was responsible for all aspects of the shopper marketing program life-cycle including gaining cross-functional alignment and managing agency resources.

She needed to develop a comprehensive understanding of Nestle Foods strategies and their assigned retailers to ensure shopper marketing solutions were aligned to both organisations.

The Client Services team helps their clients and their brands gain profitable growth.

In the role of General Manager, Trish lead the client services team. She was responsible for leading and developing the team to ensure we delivered client service excellence and client satisfaction across all clients and their brands.

This was done through overseeing flawless execution and project management, team development, and growth of existing and new clients from financial services to FMCG.

As General Manager Trish also lead the integration and collaboration with other functions in the office and nationally, including Marketing, New Business Development and Finance.

She was responsible for leading key client relationships and a team of people, and along with that team, ensured that all projects were delivered on time, on budget, and on scope. This includes effective resourcing on all engagements, while also delivering against the agency’s financials/budgeted work plans.

As the General Manager she was a member of the office senior leadership team, and shared accountability for delivering the agencies revenue and profit goals.

Trish is a true entrepreneur, passionate about businesses growth, and as well as her work with Healthy Business Builder, She saw an opportunity for a dynamic new business on the Central Coast.

She has used her wealth of corporate experience and launched a local business which has capitalised on the growing cafe scene with a contemporary retail store that offeres gourmet food for everyday living.
