Russell graduated from Westminster Hotel School, in the heart of London, catapulting him into working with some of the city’s top five-star hotels, focusing on his core ability of strengthening the skillset of the customers service teams, as well as establishing a strong symbiotic relationship between customer service operations and the sales teams.

Australia’s major corporations along the east coast is where Russell thrived – embedding himself in the daily running’s of corporate sales teams, including the likes of Foxtel, Mitsubishi Electrical, Sky Channel, Macquarie University, James Hardie, Mirvac, Netcomm, Schweppes, BHP and Boral. Russell has been a leading performer in business improvement for every company he has been involved with, including NEC Australia, MicrOpay an owned subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and ADP Employer services.

Russell is a believer that it is up to the Salesperson to manage the sales process, and not rely on automation to do this. He also live by what he preaches, and continues to upskill himself, having the foresight to become a network engineer along the way. Having worked with SEO since the 1990s Russell is more than capable of combining both human strategies with online tools to achieve sales objectives.

In addition to his extensive sales experience and expertise, and in line with his belief in continued learning – Russell has accrued more than 20 years in comprehensive sales training and development programs. Now living in Perth, he has spent the last 15 years helping businesses to grow their sales revenues with a focus on getting the best out of people as a sales trainer and coach. With the vast distances in Western Australia Russell has become adept at coaching and training online and regularly coaches and manages sales teams around Australia from Perth.
